No need to be in Penang to enjoy Penang food! Had CKT w mantis prawn, Hokkien Mee and Lo Bak. Amazing breakfast find in Kemuning and opens early for breakfast crowd at 7am. Good menu offerings from noodles to lighter selections e.g. CCF. Service was fast and sufficient parking in the morning.
